Details of Disappearance
Garrard was last seen on August 15, 1998 on Roden Ave in Boaz Alabama. It was around 9:00 in the morning when Christy was with a male friend with whom she had spent the night with at his home. The friend states that he took Christy to her Aunt's house. Christy was never seen by any family members at her Aunt's house. Christy and her friend were traveling in a white pick-up on the day she disappeared.

He was last seen 11/6/12 at 4PM while sheltered in Brooklyn Tech High School, 29 Fort Greene Place, in Brooklyn. Mr. Thomas is described as 5'9", 140 lbs, having brown eyes with curly black hair and was last seen wearing a dark grey hooded jacket, tan khaki pants with red/black sneakers.
