Luke David Stout – July 18, 2012 – Buckhannon, West Virginia (Upshur County)
Luke Stout was last seen between 3 and 5 p.m. on July 18, 2012 near his residence on Hickory Flat Road in Buckhannon, West Virginia. He left his residence on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. Luke would not go off on his own without making contact with family and friends. He lived at home with his mom to help take care of her as she has a critical illness and is at end-of-life. Prior to his disappearance, Luke was threatened with a gun that left an imprint on his forehead, according to his family. They ask if anyone has information to please contact authorities.

Large burn scar on leg below his knee (not sure which leg). Left ear was previously pierced but had not worn earring in a long time.
Tattoo (all black) on upper left arm. Possibly one or more skulls.

Last seen wearing blue jeans, black T-shirt with the sleeves cut off, black sneakers with neon green laces, possible jacket. Always wears silver colored “prayer” ring with turning center portion.
