A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Emily Brown, a white female, 7 years old, 4 feet tall, 50 pounds with black hair and Kennedy Little, a white female, 15 years old, 5 feet 1 inches tall, auburn hair, hazel eyes. The children were last seen in the area of the 3000 block of St. Paul Drive in Winter Haven. The children may be in the company of Barbara Brown, a white female, 37 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, black hair and blue eyes.
