James, also known as Jim, was last seen between 12:00pm and 1:00pm at his residence in the area of 43rd Ave. and Camelback Rd. in Glendale, AZ. A witness saw Jim's truck on May 28, 1995 at approximately 4:00am with some people inside it at 16th St. and Mohave in Phoenix, AZ. Jim's truck was later recovered unoccupied in Nogales, AZ. Foul play is suspected.
