Hector was last seen at his residence in the vicinity of the 1900 block of S. Flower St. in Santa Ana, CA. All ATM and cell phone activity stopped since the night he disappeared. His vehicle is also missing and is described as a black 1999 Chevrolet S-10 pickup, standard cab, with CA Lic# 6B31169.
