Police in MOBILE, ALABAMA are asking for the public's help locating a man whose last known communication with family and friends was a text message which said "help." Charles "Bubba" Jackson, age 33, was last heard from on May 23, 2014 as he was walking from around the intersection of Moffett and Schillinger roads to meet his girlfriend in Citronelle. He never made it. He is 5'8" tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattos on his both arms, one which reads "Laugh Now," and the other, "Cry Later." He also has the number 13 tattooed on his right wrist and flames on his left arm. Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact the Mobile Police Department at (251) 208-7211.

David is a severe diabetic. Friends who spoke to him the day of his disappearance, reported his speech was sluggish. David uses an insulin pump and it was not found in the truck when the truck was found late night/ early morning on Highway 28 of Nov. 7th/ 8th, 2012 in Huron.

David is also legally blind in his right eye and has only partial vision in his left eye. DMV required David to renew his CDL annually and there has been no renewal in the past two years.

David has a tattoo of a dragon on his right forearm.

On December 5, 1982 the body of an unidentified child was found in thick brush along the Escatawpa River, beneath the Westbound lanes of Interstate 10 in Jackson County, MS. The body was that of a white female, approximately 18 months old. She had been deceased less than two days before being found. The child was approximately 2’5" tall and weighed around 25 pounds. Her eye color was indecipherable but was possibly brown or blue. Her hair color was strawberry blonde. The child was found wearing a pink and white checkered "Cradle Togs" dress or shirt and a disposable diaper. She had 12 teeth and appeared to have been well-nourished and cared for. Witnesses recall seeing a young adult female, carrying a baby walking along the Interstate a few nights prior to when her body was found. Authorities believe the baby seen by witnesses could be this unidentified child. The adult female has never been located or identified. When Gabriel Fernandez was rushed to a hospital in Lancaster in 2013 he was unconscious and showed signs of abuse and torture.

Prosecutors say Gabriel had bruises and cigarette burns all over his body, his skull was fractured, several ribs were broken and the 8-year-old was found to have BB pellets embedded in his groin.

More than 14 months after his death, Gabriel's mother, Pearl Sinthia Fernandez and her boyfriend, Isauro Esperanza Aguirre pleaded not guilty Wednesday to capital murder charges.

Prosecutors have not decided whether to seek the death penalty.
