Geovanny suffers from Epilepsy and has the mental capacity of a 10 year old. Police K-9 Unit lost his scent at the Wycoff & Myrtle Train Station in Brooklyn, N.Y. Family fears he could be anywhere in the city. Geovanny does not speak English and only recently arrived in NYC from Ecuador. Please share. Thank you.
