  Judy Rollins Hoschar WV State Police we've been helping all along .. unbenounced to us that is. saw their new site. wonderful thing there doing .. but this really wasn't necessary .. Why is he wanted ?? and Why does a Deaf Girl wait till months later to sign/tell ?? If they do know what happened here . then why won't they join us ?? we did say we would help them ..
