This is all a scam by Mark Rogers to get money from suckers. He has never had custody of Paul, and has not lived with Paul since Paul was a baby when he injured Paul in one of his violent rages. Mark Rogers lost all visitation in 2009 when Paul told that Mark had abused him sexually, physically, and emotionally during a 6-week abduction. Paul has not been missing since then. Pedophiles make fake "missing" reports to get help stalking their victims online and to get suckers to send them money. Mark Rogers is a child abuser and domestic violence offender who has been diagnosed as a sociopath.
