National : Bianca Jones: Father of carjacked Detroit toddler fails polygraph

Two-year-old Bianca Lily Jones has not been seen since Friday morning, when her father, Deondre Lane, reported that he was carjacked and the suspect took his car with Bianca in the back seat.
