WIlliam "Billy" Francis DiSilvestro. 28 years old. Missing from Hamilton Ohio since February 7, 2011. Left friends apartment in 200 block of Ross ave between 3 am and 6:30 am left cell phone at apartment. Has seizures, needs medication. May be disoriented. Please help get his picture and name out.
