in time for Diamond's birthday which is this Monday. The girls were last seen in 2001 and their family is still reeling from their disappearance. We know first hand that the CPD has followed up with every lead and there were hundreds. Entire file cabinets full of paperwork still with no answers. Now is the time to come forward.
