THIS BOY IS MISSING RIGHT NOW, PLEASE HELP!! Brogan Loughran is 11 but
looks more like age 15 in person. He was last seen by teachers leaving
Harbour School in Tipner around lunch time leaving with 2 other boys,
and has been sighted since around 4pm near Wingfield Street, Buckland.
Brogan is 5ft 2', heavy build with short brown hair and blue eyes. He
was wearing black school trousers and a white polo shirt but could have
changed clothes. Brogan lives in Paulsgrove but does not know the
Portsmouth area very well!
