I called the police station originally handling the case and they told me it's been turned over to the homicide detectives 313-596-2260. I called and asked what the latest details were in the case and was told they could not discuss the case since it's an ongoing investigation. However when asked if a warrant has been issued I was referred to 313-224-5777 as the Prosecutors office. When I called them they have referred me to another division at the Prosecutors office where I have left a message for a returned call.
