(2000-2009) Missing & Unidentified Tracy Eileen Ocasio - White - Age 27 (2009) Missing since May 27, 2009 from Orange County, Florida Endangered Missing Age in 2011: 30

Tracy Eileen Ocasio - White - Age 27 (2009)
Missing since May 27, 2009 from Oran
ge County, Florida
Endangered Missing
Age in 2011: 30

Date Of Birth: August 10, 1981

5'5: 120 lbs.
Brown hair; brown eyes

She was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, black tank top, jeans and baseball hat.

Tracy was last seen on May 27, 2009, at around 2:30 a.m. when she left the Florida Taproom Restaurant & Bar in Metro West Orlando. She had been watching the Orlando Magic play-off game. She did not come home right after the game. She was seen leaving with the "only person of interest", a man named James Virgil Hataway.

He said she drove him to his home that night in the 100 block of Lyle Street and wanted to smoke marjuana, but she didn't like the drugs and left quickly. However, Tracy's cellular phone records show she was in the area until 8:30 am. Her car was found only about 150 yards from his home.

Her car was reported missing and found unlocked and abandoned on Franklin Street in Ocoee at 7:00 PM, later that same night. Her keys, Verizon cell phone and wallet have never been found and to date no tips have been reported of sightings of her car between the time she supposedly left the Taproom at 2:30 AM and the next day when her car was found.

There have been no charged filed in Tracy's case but James Hataway was recently sentenced to life in prison for the attempted murder of Rachael Clarke in 2008.

Mystery after woman, 26, vanishes from airport departure gate instead of boarding plane with family 24 days ago

The family of a 26-year-old woman who has not been seen since failing to board a plane with them 24 days ago have launched a frantic search.
Jeanne Rysiewicz was supposed to catch a plane from Fort Worth, Dallas to her home in Crown Point, Indiana on September 16 but never boarded behind her parents and sister.
Surveillance footage in the airport later revealed she had left alone and her cell phone and one of her bags were found outside the terminal.

Where is she? Jeanne Rysiewicz, left with friends, left a Texas airport alone instead of boarding a flight back to Indiana with her parents in September. She has not been seen since

Questions now remain over why the 'happy, bubbly' waitress, who was not on anti-depressants and has never run away, would vanish and fail to contact her friends or relatives in nearly a month.
Speaking to local news channels, her parents recounted their last moments together in a bid to understand her disappearance.

'We were ready to board the plane and we looked around and Jeanne was still in line, she was like 2 or 3 people behind us,' her father Edward told CBS DFW.
Barbara Rysiewicz said she was helping another daughter, who needs a wheelchair, to board the plane and noticed Jeanne was trailing far behind.

TIMELINE: THE MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE OF JEANNE

September 13: Jeanne Rysiewicz arrives in Fort Worth, Dallas with her parents and sister for another sister's wedding reception
September 13 - 16: Her father notices she is a 'little quiet' but otherwise normal
September 16: Goes to Dallas Fort Worth Airport with parents and sister to fly back to their home in Crown Point, Indiana
6pm: Her mother, who had seen Jeanne boarding behind her, notes her daughter is not on the plane and leaves to search for her. Alerts authorities
6.01pm: Surveillance footage shows she left this airport alone at this time
6.24pm: Her cell phone is found by security outside the terminal
September 17: One of her bags is also recovered near the building
October 10: Her parents and friends have still not heard from Jeanne, 24 days later
'I looked back, and I’m like "Where is she?",' she told CBS Chicago. 'I saw her way back there, and I said, "Hey, come on, we gotta go" and then I boarded.'
But her daughter did not follow behind.
'We all were on, we're waiting, and they’re calling, and she’s not coming,' her mother said. She then got off the plane to search for her daughter.
'I looked in the bathrooms. I looked everywhere. I looked down the hallways,' she said.
After the realisation Jeanne could not be found, at about 6pm, her parents contacted authorities who found the video showing Jeanne leaving the airport alone at 6.01pm. Her cell phone was found at 6.24pm.
'It looked to our investigators as if Jeanne had taken the two bags that she had and combined some things into one bag and left the roller bag behind,' David Magaña from the Dallas airport said.
'There is no indication of foul play. There is no obvious signs of a crime being committed. It's very puzzling.'
Her father said that Jeanne, who is single, appeared 'a little quiet' during their trip to Dallas for another daughter's wedding, but did not act particularly out of the ordinary.
Fun-loving: The hard-working waitress was not on anti-depressants and had no mental illnesses, her parents said

Her mother said her daughter was not taking anti-depressants and had no known mental health issues. She described her daughter, who has two jobs, as hard-working and sociable.
Now her family and friends are left with unanswered questions - and a great deal of grief.
'[I miss] everything,' her best friend Karen Schiesser said, 'Probably just her bubbliness. She’s really funny. She’d have rubber chickens in her purse, or something crazy like that. She's just funny.'
Friend Maria Becerra added: 'We love her and we just want her to come home.'

NILES, Ohio -- An Amber Alert has been cancelled in Trumbull County after a child taken in a stolen vehicle in Niles, Ohio was found safe and returned to his family.
Two-year-old Michael Babuka was taken late Thursday night when a suspect stole his father's silver 2007 Chevy Impala while he was still inside.
The suspect was found driving the car around with the child inside just one town over from Niles.
He has a history of auto theft.
The suspect was intoxicated when he passed by the house where the car was parked, police said. He saw the father go into the house and proceeded to steal the car.
Babuka is said to be doing "okay" and has been reunited with his family.

Poor condition of body found in search for missing Colorado 10-year-old slows identification process

Anxious parents kept close and protective watch over their children on Friday after the FBI warned them that a 10-year-old girl who vanished a week earlier may have been abducted by someone they know.
The sense of dread and suspense was magnified in the quiet Denver suburb of Westminster as residents waited for police to release the identity of a body found in a nearby park.
Jessica Ridgeway, the missing girl, began a short walk from her home to Witt Elementary School on the morning of Oct. 5 but never arrived. A massive search by hundreds of law enforcement officers did not start until hours later because Jessica's mother works nights and slept through a call from school officials saying Jessica wasn't there.
Grim-faced investigators said Wednesday a body had been found, and that it was not intact, a fact that made it difficult to identify. Few other details were released, including whether it's the body of a child.
Investigators said they expected to identify the body on Friday.
The FBI urged residents to be alert for people they know who might have suddenly changed their appearance or uncharacteristically missed work or appointments.
"It could be your boss, it could be your friend, and ultimately it could be your family member," FBI spokesman Dave Joly said.
"We suspect someone in the community knows this individual," he said.
Signs of the tragedy were everywhere in Jessica's neighborhood of modest two-story homes with single-car garages.
During the past week, officers have searched homes, combed yards and looked in bushes. They kept guard at crosswalks and photographed cars entering the neighborhood. Mailboxes and trees were encircled by ribbons in Jessica's favorite color, purple.
"I don't feel safe for my daughter anymore, anywhere," said Stacey Oppie, who lives in the neighborhood.
Two months ago, Oppie started letting her daughter play unsupervised with a friend at the park that Jessica customarily passed on her way to school. She doesn't intend to do that anymore.
"We're all a little bit on alert, but it's not fear. We're angry because this is a good neighborhood," Oppie said.
Jessica's disappearance hit close to home for Chelsea Bozsak, a senior at nearby Standley Lake High School, where Jessica's cousin attends classes.
"It's so scary because you never think something like this could happen in your community," Bozsak said.
Courtney Sullivan, also a senior at Standley Lake, said her father spoke to her and her younger brother about Jessica's disappearance.
"He's definitely talked to us about being more careful about our surroundings. You could see why," said Sullivan, a cross-country runner who often uses neighborhood streets. "I'm running in places where there's lights, busy roads, where I can get to someplace if I need to."
Families in Arvada, near the park where the body was found, were already on edge over reports last month than a man tried to lure two young boys into a car in separate incidents. The cases remain unsolved.
"This person's around here," said Suzette Morgan, the mother of boys ages 13 and 8. "I would say that everybody around here is really freaked out."
Adults have been walking or driving children to school bus stops and talking with neighbors.
"We want to be the community that is visible, that is vigilant, that if somebody does come into our neighborhood or our community, that they can see that," resident Bob Ruet said.
On Thursday, authorities dropped their previous appeals to spread the word about Jessica's disappearance and instead asked for residents' help in identifying a possible suspect, signaling a shift in the focus of the investigation.
Retired FBI behavioral analyst Clinton Van Zandt told The Associated Press that tip-offs could include someone suddenly growing a beard, getting a new haircut or other changes in appearance. Other clues might be out-of-character behavior, such as someone detailing a car when he normally would have only washed it, Van Zandt said.
Police have said they don't suspect Jessica's parents, Sarah Ridgeway, who lives with Jessica in Westminster, and Jeremiah Bryant, who lives in Missouri.
The only substantive clue police have disclosed was the discovery of her backpack and water bottle in Superior, about six miles from her home. Police won't discuss what was found in the bag or test results involving it.
