Oscar was allegedly abducted by his father, Oscar Rabadan Hernandez, on March 19, 2006. The photo in the center is also of the child, Oscar, and was taken after he went missing in 2011. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Oscar on March 23, 2006. They are believed to be in Mexico. Oscar may go by the name Ricardo Perez.
