UPDATE: Missing Ashland Man Found Dead in South Carolina      A missing man from Ashland has been found dead in South Carolina.

Sgt. Wayne Jordan with the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office tells WSAZ.com search crews discovered the body of James "Buck" Davis about 10:45 a.m. Thursday.

Davis was reported missing Sunday night.

They say his body was found next to a crashed motorcycle, about 50 yards away from a main highway in the Cash area.

Investigators say it appears Davis died from injuries he received in the crash.

No foul play is suspected.

Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the accident.

Davis' body has been sent off for a full autopsy.

Davis was 39-years-old.

Baby's Body Found in Freezer in Ohio Rental Property

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Police say two people have been arrested after the discovery of a dead infant in a freezer in a Toledo rental property.

The landlord called police Friday night after discovering the body while cleaning out the house. Twenty-year-old Kenisha Pruitt and 18-year-old Antonio Cervantes were arrested Saturday on charges of child endangerment.

Police Sgt. Joe Heffernan tells The Blade newspaper that more charges are possible once an autopsy is performed. He says he didn't know the infant's approximate age, other than to describe her as "very young."

According to a court affidavit, Pruitt and Cervantes moved into the house in November but were in the process of moving out.

They are being held in the Lucas County jail pending arraignment Monday. There's no immediate word on whether they have attorneysody Found in Freezer in Ohio Rental Property

Hello everyone! As we get closer to the deadline to have submissions for parents of a missing child to be in the Missing Sweet Angel (Missing child video) one to be deployed in line with the International Missing Children's Day May 25th, we still have some spots left. Please share this post with as many friends you can, and especially with any parents that may be interested. I have already watched the draft of this video and it is amazing! To those that do not know, my name is Michael Edwards and I am working with Lee Safar, a Sydney Australia singer to create a missing child video which will display missing child posters. Lee and I do not have a missing child, but when we learned about the missing children dilemma, we decided to help get the word out through this video to the general public who after watching our video may see a child and inform authorities, or a missing child may recognize themselves and call authorities. We need twenty participants with posters of what the child looked like when they disappeared to what they look like now. Who can forget the faces of the two little girls, ages three and ten, who were last seen at a neighborhood playground. The girls left a note behind telling their mother where they would be. That note would set the scene for police pointing them in the direction they needed to go first. This is a case that still haunts Chicago police. They haven’t given up hope. The human remains found this week off Grantville Road in the town of Norfolk have been positively identified through dental records and tattoo identification as Jason Wing of Winthrop and a man has been charged with Wing's murder.

An autopsy was performed by Dr. Michael Sikirica of Albany Medical Center. Dr. Sikirica determined the cause of death to be injuries resulting from a gunshot wound to head and St. Lawrence County Coroner James Sienkiewycz ruled the manner of death to be homicide.

Roxanne Stratton, the mother of murder victim Jason Wing, left the courtroom visibly upset after watching a judge set bail at $250,000 cash or $400,000 bond for the man charged with killing her son.
"The justice system is supposed to be behind out family. My son is dead and he gets to walk today because daddy has the money. It's not fair," said Stratton.

Orders of protection have been issued against accused murderer Dustin Trimm.

7 News has learned St. Lawrence County Court Judge Jerome Richards has prohibited Trimm from having contact with five people connected to the case.

The orders of protection are for Robert McConnell, his wife and two children and Kenneth French.

McConnell wore an undercover electronic recording device that reportedly captured Trimm admitting to murdering 21 year old Jason Wing.

French is described as Trimm's former friend and as well as a police informant in the case.

Authorities say there are no immediate plans to provide police protection for French or the McConnell family.

McConnell allegedly helped Trimm bury Wing's body on property he owns along Grantville Road near Raymondville.

Court documents say Trimm is to refrain from any communication or contact with McConnell or his family members as well as French.

Trimm allegedly shot Wing three times, including once in the head, and then buried his body close to 20 feet deep in the ground.

Trimm remains jailed on $250,000 cash bail or $400,000 bond, although it's expected family members will post the money in the near the future.

On November 17, 2010, Massena based troopers began an investigation into a missing person’s report. Jason M. Wing, was last seen during the summer of 2010. Initially the investigation was for a missing person. As the investigation developed ‘foul play’ was indicated through evidence that developed. Jason Wing..gone too soon

Dustin J. Trimm, of 325 County Route 49, Winthrop, is charged with second degree murder.

Norfolk -- Human remains have been located by the New York State Police that are believed to be those of Jason Wing.

Members of the Troop “B” Forensic Identification Unit conducted a search of 281 Grantville Road in the Town of Norfolk where they located the remains. An autopsy of those remains was ordered by St. Lawrence County Coroner James Sienkiewycz.

Dustin J. Trimm, of 325 County Route 49, Winthrop, was arrested and charged with second degree murder. He is now being held at the St. Lawrence County Jail in Canton without the option of bail.

On November 17, 2010, Massena based troopers began an investigation into a missing person’s report. Jason M. Wing, was last seen during the summer of 2010.

Initially the investigation was for a missing person. As the investigation developed ‘foul play’ was indicated through evidence that developed.

The investigation is continuing at this time by the New York State Police and St. Lawrence County District Attorney’s Office.
