You are welcome Jeanne! Billy's murder and disappearance is a tragedy to our family but so much went wrong in his case we needed to turn bad into good. Families need answers thank God for all the good people involved. Congressman Murphy who listened and helped.
Thank you also to the local politicians for the state missing adult persons bill. Both bills although different will help bring loved ones home. It does take cooperation, perserverance, hope and Faith. I do believe both bills will pass with the village of people behind it. ♥

Missing Victor Flores

  • Victor Flores, 25, is missing. He had left for Utah on May 7, 2011 with an acquaintance who promised a construction job but later called home to say the trip had turned out to be "a bad idea" and that he planned to return to California. No one has heard from him since. His family now suspects the man who accompanied Flores, who they've since learned has a criminal record, has more information regarding his whereabouts than what they are saying. They also believe that the job offer was bogus. The family fears for his safety. His cell phone goes unanswered. Police tried to contact Victor at a Layton, home where he was believed to be staying, he was not there, although a male resident told officers he was fine. However, when police returned to question that man again, he could not be found and the residents no longer lived in the home. Under no circumstances would Victor go without contacting his mother or his baby daughter. They are very worried and ask the public to help look for Victor. Height: 5'11" Weight: 160 lbs Eyes: Hazel Hair: Brown Hispanic male Anyone with information is asked to contact the Layton Utah police at 801-497-8300, or your local police.
