Missing Brooke Avery
Brooke Shantel Avery, 16 is missing. She is a resident of Michigan and resides with her mom and siblings. She went to Vermont to spend time with her older sister , and other relatives as she and her family are originally from Vermont, and was to meet a teenage friend and his parents for dinner in which she never arrived. She has a birthmark on her right arm near her elbow, small scars on her eyelids, and a scar on left arm. Brooke also has a noticeable protruding left *eye tooth* when she laughs as shown in photo. When last seen, she had blonde highlights in her hair. Her family is very worried and ask the public to please help look for Brooke. The last time Jodi, or the Barre City Police Department (BCPD) can confirm anyone saw her was March 20. Brooke had been in Vermont since March 13, and was under the supervision of her uncle when she ran away, according to Jodi. She was with her sister the day she disappeared and said she was going to a restaurant to meet a friend’s family for dinner. “Brooke went down the street, and she hasn’t been seen since,” Jodi said. Neither Jodi nor the BCPD believe Brooke was kidnapped, since she left a note with her sister and was carrying a large orange duffel bag. Brooke is listed as an endangered runaway by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and is listed at 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Two of Brooke’s distinguishing features are small scars on her eyelids and a birthmark on her right arm near her elbow. Jodi said she received a letter in April from her daughter postmarked from Nevada and suspects someone Brooke knows is helping her stay undetected. “I know she’s in Reno right now,” she said. “Where else could she be?” BCPD Chief Tim Bombardier said he did not believe Brooke was in Vermont any longer, and could be in Nevada or Michigan. Bombardier said the police have followed up on several leads in trying to track down Brooke, including some provided by her mother, but have not been able to locate her. “Most people are easy to find but this young lady has been hard to pin down,” he said. “If you want to disappear, you can.” Bombardier said reliable information in the case has been hard to come by. “If she is reaching out to someone, they are not telling us,” he said. “I don’t think we are going to get a lot of information unless she comes back to Vermont.” Jodi and Brooke’s doctor, Dr. Ravi Yarid, eluded to the fact that Brooke could be suffering from emotional problems that have led her to run away. “There are definitely issues there and that can complicate things,” Dr. Yarid said. Both Dr. Yarid and Jodi said they have had issues with the BCPD investigation. “I tried to contact the officer investigating and never heard back,” Dr. Yarid said. Jodi said she questioned how diligently the BCPD was searching for her daughter.
Missing Lawrence Neal Jr.
Lawrence "Bones" Neal, Jr. , 39, is missing. He was last seen in the Buena Vista Terrance SE street area of Washington, DC. It is unkown where he went as he did not take any identification and mistakenly took a house phone with him. He has no cell phone. His mother, family and friends are extremely worried and ask the public to please contact authorities if anyone has seen Lawrence or has information. Joshua Ryan Thurlo, 25, is missing. He was last seen on June 17, 2011 in Centennial, CO wearing shorts and carried a dark back pack. On Sunday, May 8, 2011, at about 7 p.m., he contacted a friend at Dugway stating that he had run out of gas and was going to walk back to the test area, according to a press release from Dugway Proving Ground. Raymond was born to Donna Green at Grady Memorial Hospital. He was in the nursery when his mom was watching him through the window. At this time a woman who called herself Lisa Morris also was standing at the nursery window looking at who she said was her sisters baby. Donna and Lisa began talking and Lisa even came to Donna's hospital room to chat some more.
Periodically through the rest of Donna's stay at the hospital Lisa made more visits. Shortly after her release (November 6) Lisa stopped by her home unannounced and asked to come in. Donna let her come in and they began talking about Raymond and how he was doing. In the home at this time was Donna, Raymond and Donna's brother (napping). Donna told Lisa that she was going to run and take a shower.
After Donna emerged from the shower she found that Lisa and Raymond were not in the house. When Donna questioned her brother he said that Raymond started fussing so Lisa took him outside.
Donna went outside to see if she could find Lisa and this is when witnesses told her they had seen Lisa get into the passenger side of a brown vehicle and drove away. Raymond was described as being wrapped in a blue blanket and snuggled into Lisa's arms.
Authorities in this case believe that so called Lisa had kidnapped Raymond and sold him outside the USA.
Raymond was Donna's second child and born when she was 15. Raymond's father has passed away but Donna now having 6 children still remains hopeful that she will find her son.

(CNN) -- Social media users who denounce drug cartel activities along the Mexican border received a brutal warning this week: Two mangled bodies hanging like cuts of meat from a pedestrian bridge.A woman was hogtied and disemboweled, her intestines protruding from three deep cuts on her abdomen. Attackers left her topless, dangling by her feet and hands from a bridge in the border city of Nuevo Laredo
. A bloodied man next to her was hanging by his hands, his right shoulder severed so deeply the bone was visible.Signs left near the bodies declared the pair, both apparently in their early 20s, were killed for posting denouncements of drug cartel activities on a social network.
"This is going to happen to all of those posting funny things on the Internet," one sign said. "You better (expletive) pay attention. I'm about to get you."The gruesome scene sent a chilling message at a time when online posts have become some of the loudest voices reporting violence in Mexico . In some parts of the country, threats from cartels have silenced traditional media. Sometimes even local authorities fear speaking out.Mexico's notoriously ruthless drug gangs regularly hang victims from bridges and highway overpasses.And bloggers who specialize in sharing news about trafficking have been threatened in the past. But this could be the first time users of such social networks have been targeted.Investigator Ricardo Mancillas Castillo said he had not encountered a threat against Internet users in his four years based in Nuevo Laredo. But the signs of torture -- the cuts, the disembowelment -- were along the lines of what officials are used to seeing in drug-related violence.In the case of the two victims found on the Nuevo Laredo bridge Tuesday, their ears and fingers were mutilated, said Mancillas, who works for the public prosecutor's office.There are no witnesses, and it is a nearly impossible task to identify the perpetrators, he said.Thirty-six hours had passed since the bodies were found Tuesday morning, but no one had come to claim them and they remained unidentified, Mancillas said.It will be nearly impossible to determine if the two victims actually posted anything about cartels on the Internet, as people don't usually use their real names online, he said.The placards threatened those who report violent incidents through social media networks. It listed two blogs by name, Al Rojo Vivo and Blog del Narco.They were signed "Z," a possible reference for the Zetas cartel, which operates in the area.Blog del Narco is a website that deals exclusively with news related to drug violence in Mexico. Its creator remains anonymous.On the Al Rojo Vivo forum, where citizens can make anonymous tips, one person wrote: "Don't be afraid to denounce. It's very difficult for them to find out who denounced. They only want to scare society."One Twitter user echoed that sense of defiance in light of the threats."Enough! If we shut up today, we will have lost the ground that we have gained. This is the time to show what we are made of," the owner of the @QuestoyQuelotro Twitter account wrote.In a statement sent to CNN, Blog del Narco said its site is not dedicated to denouncing crime, as are other sites."In addition, we are not in favor or against any criminal group, we only inform as things happen," the statement said.More than 34,600 people have died in drug-related violence since Mexican President Felipe Calderon announced a crackdown on cartels in December 2006, according to government statistics.
