The 4 year-old child and his 19 year-old mother were last seen at their residence on the 100 blk of McColley Street. They were both abducted by the 40 year-old suspect. They are traveling in a White SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition or Explorer with Georgia plate beginning with a Q. There is a concern for the welfare of both the child and his mother.
