The Skelton brothers have been Missing from Morenci, Michigan since Thanksgiving 2010 Please Share (I'll be leaving for Minneapolis, MN to visit family for the holiday and won't be able to post any new cases until I get back. Hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving).

nd had custody of the boys. John took them for a court-ordered visitation over Thanksgiving, and never returned them. That last time anyone besides John saw them was at 5:00 p.m. on November 25, the day before their disappearances were reported.
John stated he gave the boys to a woman named Joann Taylor, whom he had met on the internet several years before, and asked her to return them to their mother. He said he did this because he planned to commit suicide and didn't want the boys to see it. John stated Joann was married to a pastor named Mark, drove a white or silver minivan and lived in either Hillsdale, Michigan or Jackson County, Michigan. He attempted to hang himself later that day, but survived and was hospitalized, first at a general hospital and then at a psychiatric facility in Ohio.
Authorities issued an Amber Alert for the Skelton brothers, but they could find no sign of them and no indication that Joann Taylor even existed. Police said they believed the boys were in "grave danger." They said they believed John's story about Joann Taylor was fictitious and something else caused the Skelton children's disappearances. Investigators stated they were investigating the disappearances as homicides, and John was the prime suspect. They said John's blue Dodge Caravan was on the Ohio Turnpike, along the Michigan-Ohio border, between 4:00 and 7:00 a.m. on November 26, and asked anyone who saw it to come forward. It has the Michigan license plate number 9JQ H93
Immediately following John's release from the hospital, he was arrested and jailed under suicide watch. He was eventually extradited to Michigan and charged with three counts of felony parental kidnapping, three counts of kidnapping and three counts of false imprisonment. At a court hearing in December 2010, he changed his story, saying his sons were in the care of "an organization" which he at first refused to name. He later said it called United Foster Outreach and Underground Sanctuaries. The police believe no such group exists.
Tanya and John married in 2002, and the family was active with United Methodist Church in Morenci. John also has one adult daughter and Tanya has two daughters from their previous marriages. In mid-September 2010, he withdrew Andrew and Alexander from school and to Florida without Tanya's permission. He told their school they were going on vacation, but also implied they wouldn't return and the school might need to forward the children's records. Tanya had to go to Florida and have the authorities there force John, under threat of arrest, to take the boys back to Michigan. After they got back, Tanya filed for divorce. She said she only did it to secure custody and prevent John from taking the boys out of the area again, and that she and John were in counseling with hopes of a reconciliation. The children had been visiting John on a regular basis with no reported problems. John had previously worked as a long-haul truck driver, but in 2009 he was fired after he was convicted of drunk driving. He had been unemployed ever since.
The children's parents were in the middle of a bitter custody battle at the time of her disappearances. Tanya is a convicted sex offender; she pleaded guilty to misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old neighbor boy in 1998, when she was 32 years old. In response to her divorce filing, John had asked the court to sever her parental rights based on her sex offender status. The judge refused to do so. After the children disappeared, John said he had feared Tanya was abusing them, but investigators can find no evidence of abuse. Tanya said that when she went to their former family home, where John was living at the time of the disappearances, many items inside the house had been destroyed. The house is now in foreclosure and Tanya is trying to sell it.
In July 2011, John took a plea deal with prosecutors and pleaded no contest to three counts of false imprisonment. The kidnapping charges were dropped. He could have faced lie in prison if convicted of the original charges. Instead he was sentenced to ten to fifteen years in prison, a term that exceeds the state sentencing guidelines. John has stated his children are still alive but will never be returned as long as their mother has custody of them. His relatives and Tanya don't believe he would have harmed them.
Anyone with any information, please contact the Morenci Police at 517-458-7104 or your local law enforcement agency.

NEW TOWN, NORTH DAKOTA: Kristopher D. Clarke, 29, was last seen on Feb. 22, 2012, at Blackstone Trucking in New Town wearing a gray jogging suit. He is 5 foot and 9 inches tall and about 140-155 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Clarke has scars on both lower legs, left wrist, left side over his ribs to his upper back and on his stomach from a motorcycle accident.
If anyone has any information on
If anyone has any information on
the whereabouts of Clarke, contact Special agent Steve Gutknecht 701-774-4310.
David Morris first met Kristopher D. Clarke, also known as KC, three and a half years ago when Clarke started working at Bruner Auto Group as a salesman. Even though Clarke later took a job in New Town, N.D., Morris kept in touch.
After not being able to contact Clarke in February, Morris started to suspect something was wrong. Morris’ suspicions were confirmed when a mutual friend asked Morris if he had seen the website on Clarke.
“He asked me if I knew that KC was missing,” Morris said. “After I saw the Facebook page, I immediately called his mother and have been keeping in contact with her at least every two to three days.”

Clarke has scars on both lower legs, left wrist, left side over his ribs to his upper back and on his stomach from a motorcycle accident.
Clarke’s mother, Jill Williams, created the Find kc-gimpdaddy Facebook as another tool to help find her son and to receive tips on his location. According to a Facebook post, Williams explains why she named the page. “Friends called him gimp daddy after his motorcycle accident, and thought putting that in along with his name would make it easier to find this page.”
Williams’ husband and his friends left Buckley, Wash., Wednesday night to drive to Brownwood to pick up Clarke’s belongings. Williams and her husband will be using all of their savings to finance the journey and fear they won’t have enough money for their trip of more than 5,000 miles.
“We hadn’t realized what a huge undertaking this was going to be,” Williams said. “We will be using all of our savings and we don’t have much money either. We had saved for a very long time to have any savings — this economy is terrible. To those of you who can't help financially, you can still help by praying, giving advice, tips and support. Every kind of help is appreciated and precious to us.”
Morris is hoping to ease some of the financial burden by collecting donations locally and helping the family move Clarke’s belongings.
“We will be presenting the donations we collect to his family Saturday,” Morris said. “I know how much of a financial strain picking up KC’s belongings will be on the family. They aren’t just coming here, they will also be going up to North Dakota.”
Donations are being accepted locally and can be given to David Morris at Bruner Auto Group, J.D. Walker at Stanley Dodge, and at KOXE. Donations can also be made online via Paypal to merrylegss@yahoo.com. The Find kc-gimpdaddy Facebook page asks for donations made through Paypal be marked as a gift to avoid any fees.
For more information about making a donation or to assist with moving Clarke’s items, call Morris at (325) 200-8928.

Jared's cell phone was shut off as soon as he left his grandparents' house and it was off for several hours, turned on again, then turned off about 3 hours after that (11pm).
We have tried numerous times to contact Jared with NO SUCCESS.
It is believe that Jared is in the company of an adult male name Ryan Richard Ralfs, 31 years old, who lives in Davenport, Iowa and we believe Jared is there with Ryan. This man is unknown to our family and Jared lied about many things regarding this person. I have messaged this MAN on Facebook, as well as his aunt. No response.
Here is the Facebook page for Jared made by his mother:https://www.facebook.com/ helpfindjaredhickle
We called, and so did our local police officer (Vermont, IL), Davenport police who sent an officer two different times to a location in Davenport where we think is Ralf's address. JARED, RYAN , AND THE CAR WERE NOT THERE.
WE DO NOT BELIEVE JARED RAN AWAY!!!!
We do believe he met back up with Ryan (long story) at Subway by Kmart in Macomb after leaving his grandparents' home.
WE BELIEVE THAT JARED IS NOT CAPABLE OF COMING HOME ON HIS OWN. WE ARE EXTREMELY WORRIED FOR HIS SAFETY. THIS IS NOT LIKE JARED TO GO THIS LONG WITHOUT CONTACTING HIS MOTHER, DEBRA BUCK.
And he NEVER turns his phone off. EVER. Jared would never voluntarily take my car without permission either!!!!
Jared took very few belongings with him and just a little bit of money (about $30). He left behind his cell phone charger, clothes, eye glasses. He does have his wallet with his driver's license on him as far as we know.
Jared is about 5'6", 130 lbs, slim build, brown hair, blue eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans and a short-sleeved black and cream Tshirt (I think from Aeropostale but not sure). He also had on a blue sweatshirt and was wearing worn down blue, silver and white New Balance tennis shoes.
Jared has a small scar on the inside of his right arm from a childhood accident.
He also has a birthmark-like mole on the right side of his stomach area.
During the summer Jared had dyed his brown hair black. It is now fading to a light black and you can see Jared's natural color (a little lighter) coming through on his roots. His hair is a bit longer than in the pics!!

Thanksgiving morning, Klatt sent a notic
e that Desiray and the man she was believed to be with, Evan Peterson, were found.
"She is safe and sound and he is in jail," Klatt's notice said. No other details were provided. Klatt earlier told reporters Peterson had warrants out for his arrest.
Deputies had been searching for Desiray as an "endangered teen." Thibodeaux, 16, attended a church Halloween event in the Oak Grove, Arkansas area just two days prior with Pearson, 24. Authorities say she left that event in a 1994 Chevrolet pickup 1500 extended cab that was brown and tan in color.
Detective Klatt says the two were reportedly spotted in Kellyville, Ok., Elk City, Ok., Cushing, Ok., and Shell Knob, Mo.
Police say Dsiray may have initially gone with Evan willingly. However, during the course of the investigation, "information has been provided that indicate that she may be in danger."
