MISSING PERSONS UPDATE-
The Yell County Sheriff's Department and Yell County OEM are currently working with the FBI, Arkansas State Police, US Forest Service, Logan County Sheriff's Office, Sebastian County Sheriff's Office and Greenwood Police Department attempting to locate the missing persons and vehicle from yesterday. As of this morning we are still searching for Brian Alan Floyd, 6/19/1981, WM, 5'9" and Harper Alexander Floyd, Age 10 months, last seen in the Ouachita Mountains area south of Blue Mountain Lake. Reported to have broken down in an approximately 1997 GMC King Cab Pickup, Dark Green in color with AR License Plate 288 TRP on an unknown mountain road.

We appreciate the offers of assistance from the public and at this time we just need the public to report any possible sightings. We have assigned investigators and search crews in relevant areas and ask that the general public stay away from those areas so that investigators can focus their efforts on the search.

Police said a 60-year-old woman may have kidnapped her granddaughter who was visiting her in Crawford County.
Police said Sabrina Omeni, 4, was in Cuba visiting her paternal grandmother Terry Omeni from May 26-July 21. Authorities said Terry did not return Sabrina as scheduled and that Terry became agitated when Sabrina’s mother called her regarding her daughter’s whereabouts.
According to police, Terry has changed her phone number and attempts by Sabrina’s mother and law enforcement to contact her have been unsuccessful since July 21. Authorities believe Sabrina and Terry may be in New Jersey, Delaware, or Virginia. Police believe she is driving a Turquoise 2012 Ford Fusion, with New Jersey license plate number L95BSJ.

Terry Omeni, 60, is an African American female, 5'05, 260 lbs., grey hair, and brown eyes.
Sabrina Omeni is an African American female, 3'05, 60 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, light complexion, and no known physical marks. Her welfare is unknown.

Relisha and her family lived in the shelter for homeless families for nearly two years before her disappearance. After many contradicting stories surrounding the 8 year old little girl’s upsetting disappearance, law enforcement have determined through investigative work that she was last seen on March 1, 2014 at a Washington, DC hotel with her alleged abductor, Kahlil Tatum, a 51 year old janitor of the homeless shelter where Relisha lived. Ashley was last seen on September 19, 2013, a few months after giving birth to her third child. When she and her husband separated, they each thought the other was caring for their two dogs and charges were filed that the dogs were neglected, however, she was not aware of the court date and did not appear. A warrant was put out for her arrest. Ashley would not abandon her children, friends and family for a missed court appearance!

On 5/15/13 at approximately 5:30 A.M. Brian Histand was contacted by police sitting in a field near 10200 South 35th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ. Brian was cogent and able to answer questions and said he didn't need or want police assistance. Brian provided the officer with the phone number of his out-of-state family and they were notified. Brian has not been seen or heard from since. His vehicle was found nearby, locked, and was towed on 5/17/13. Brian's family is concerned for his welfare.

The Prince George’s County Police Department arrested a man who had just tried to kidnap a young girl in Landover. The suspect is 25-year-old Michael Jesse McLong of no fixed address.

The Prince George’s County Police Department arrested a man who had just tried to kidnap a young girl in Landover. The suspect is 25-year-old Michael Jesse McLong of no fixed address.

On July 25, 2014, at about 2:25 pm, patrol officers were called to the 7300 block of Landover Road for the report of an attempted kidnapping. When they arrived, they learned McLong had approached a 12-year-old girl and her eight-year-old brother as the siblings waited to cross Landover Road to meet their father. The preliminary investigation reveals McLong identified himself as a police officer and grabbed the girl's arm. The girl resisted but McLong continued to pull her toward the back of a shopping center.

A good Samaritan who was driving by the location stopped and confronted McLong. That's when the children were able to break free and run away. An off-duty Cheverly Police officer and a nearby security guard were able to detain McLong and hold him until PGPD officers arrived.

McLong now faces multiple charges related to the attempted kidnapping. He admitted his involvement.

Detectives are investigating the possibility there are additional victims and would like to speak with anyone who may have had contact with McLong.

The Springfield. ‪#‎Missouri‬ Police Department is investigating a report of a missing person and is asking for assistance from the public. The missing person is identified as Phoebe Bryant, a 56-year-old Hispanic female. She is approximately 170 lbs, 4 feet 11 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Bryant was last seen in Springfield on foot on June 17 at approximately 10 a.m.

Bryant’s friends and family are concerned that she might be in need of assistance due to a medical condition.

Anyone with information concerning her whereabouts should call 911 or the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810.
