ATTENTION "LIGHTS"...AMBER ALERT FOR NINE BOYS... **Yes NINE!...All believed to be in danger** The New Mexico State Police is issuing an Amber Alert for: -Charlie Lamb (13) -Ryan Sibbett (16) -Bryce Hall (17) -Mayson Myers (13) -Peter Adams (16) -Michael Rozell (15) -Oscar Ruiz (17) -David Easter (17) -Evan Kogler (16) State Police have issued an Amber Alert for the nine teens, saying that they might be in danger “due to the circumstances involving this abduction.” Police also said the teens are with Scott Chandler, and they released his photo. They asked that anyone with information as to the teens’ whereabouts call State Police at (575)835-0741. The teens are named as Charlie Lamb, 13, Ryan Sibbett, 16, Bryce Hall, 17, Mayson Myers, 13, Peter Adams, 16, Michael Rozell, 15, Oscar Ruiz, 17, David Easter, 17, and Evan Kogler ,16. Ten children went missing from a troubled youth ranch on Friday, according to New Mexico State Police. An Amber Alert is expected to be issued Friday afternoon for the children from Tierra Blanca Ranch. State police went to serve a warrant at the ranch on Friday, only to find the children missing--along with all ranch employees. State officials first told KOB Eyewitness News 4 that 13 children were missing from the ranch, but state police now say 10 are missing. New Mexico's Children, Youth and Families Department maintains only nine children are missing. Tierra Blanca Ranch, a 30,000-acre ranch located in Hillsboro, N.M., is a camp for troubled and at-risk youth owned by Scott Chandler. According to the ranch's website, the Chandler family has worked with children for almost 20 years. The incident follows an investigative report into allegations of abuse at the ranch by KOB. Reporter Chris Ramierz went through hundreds of pages of police reports and state documents that showed a pattern of complaints alleging rampant abuse. At least a dozen boys interviewed at different times by different investigators said they were forced into child slavery at Tierra Blanca Ranch. They told stories of working outside for up to 15 hours a day in grueling conditions, sometimes in extreme temperatures. They said they were punished by excessive exercises, food deprivation, threats of castration, and brutal beatings. He is severely Autistic and has vanished from his Long Island City, Queens, NY school at 12:38 p.m. on Friday (10/4/2013). A Frantic search by the entire city of New York to find him! Avonte is not able to communicate verbally. He is unable to care for himself. He could be anywhere by now! Avonte Oquendo is described as a Black male, 5'3" tall, and weighs 120 lbs. MISSING FOR 22 YEARS... Will you please share? One tip...that's all it takes. Thank You! Joshua got into an argument with his mother and departed from his Centralia IL home on October 12, 1991. He climbed out his bedroom window and left with another boy. He has never been heard from again. According to one account, he was later sighted with another teenage boy, leaving a shopping center in a blue Ford Maverick with a friend, Terry Martin, and Martin's girlfriend. Martin and the other boy returned hours later. The car was mud-splattered and Joshua wasn't with him. He has never been heard from again. His mother reported him missing on November 12th. Martin is a suspect in Joshua's disappearance. A witness, Tonya L. Collins, who was in her teens in 1991, told authorities that she witnessed Joshua's torture and murder in a Satanic-type ritual in the Devil's Playground area of Centralia. She passed a polygraph about the case in 1996, but failed a second one in 2008. In 2008, she was placed under hypnosis and lead authorities to Joshua's supposed burial site in the Devil's Playground, but a dig of the area produced nothing. Collins named Martin as Joshua's killer. It was she who claims she saw them leave the shopping center together. Martin has an extensive criminal record. In 1993, he beat a man with a baseball bat and almost killed him. In 1999, he was sentenced to 22 years in prison for the rape of a 6-year-old girl. He was paroled in 2010, but allegedly failed to register as a sex offender and was rearrested. That case is pending. Joshua and Martin burglarized a small grocery store together. Joshua later testified against Martin in that case, and Martin was sentenced to four years in prison. Joshua was also allegedly seeing Martin's girlfriend in secret, something Martin denies. Martin admits that he was friends with Collins and Joshua in 1991, but says he didn't harm Joshua and doesn't know what happened to him. He stated Joshua often talked about running away, possibly to Kentucky, which was where his father lived. Authorities believe Joshua is probably deceased, but they're unsure as to what happened to him. His case remains unsolved.
