He is severely Autistic and has vanished from his Long Island City, Queens, NY school at 12:38 p.m. on Friday (10/4/2013). A Frantic search by the entire city of New York to find him! Avonte is not able to communicate verbally. He is unable to care for himself. He could be anywhere by now! Avonte Oquendo is described as a Black male, 5'3" tall, and weighs 120 lbs. He was last seen wearing a gray striped shirt, black jeans, and black sneakers. Volunteers are desperately needed to help search for him and distribute his flier, everywhere. Keep your eyes open! Look around! Remember his face and description. This search is frantic.
