Missing 18-year-old University of Windsor student sought by Windsor police UPDATED DESCRIPTION OF BICYCLE The WPS are seeking public assistance in locating 18 year old Victoria Strehlau. She was last seen riding an older men's ten speed bicycle with curved handlebars, which are covered in white tape. The bicycle is spray painted green (it was previously painted red) and has thin tires. Police say Victoria Strehlau was last seen at 7 p.m. on Monday in the area of the 800 block of Argyle Street riding a 10-speed bicycle spray-painted red. She is described as white with long blonde hair and a thin build. She was wearing a navy sweater and dark jeans.
