2/12/13 PLEASE SHOW YOU CARE AND SHARE TO LOCATE - Randolph Vinson who has a medical condition and does not have his medication. NEWPORT NEWS— Police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 55-year-old man who was last seen Monday afternoon and needs his medication. Randolph Deroy Vinson was last seen at about noon Monday during lunch at the Hilton Plaza Assisted Living Facility in the 300 block of Main Street, said Holly McPherson, spokeswoman for Newport News Police Department. Police believe he left the facility after that and didn't return home for dinner. Officers were called at about 7 p.m. Monday, McPherson said.
