The Victoria Police on Vancouver Island Requesting Assistance in Locating Missin
g 26-Year-Old Woman who has not been seen since early yesterday evening (Nov 28th 2012)
Emma Fillipoff was last seen in the 800-block of Burdett Avenue by friends. Family and friends are worried that she has not been seen since, Fillipoff does not have a history of leaving for extended period of time but does like to spend her days downtown.
Officers have been investigating since she was reported missing, but have not been able to track her down and have not developed any leads as to her whereabouts.
She is described as a caucasian female, 5-foot-5 and a slim build. She has long blonde / brown hair and was last seen wearing camouflage pants, and carrying an orange purse.
