Pane announced today that The United States Marshals Service Middle District of Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force has adopted the fugitive case of Scott Binsack. Binsack is wanted by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole for a parole violation. The Task Force is asking for the public’s assistance in locating this fugitive.
