Dothan police this morning say a kidnapping case has ended with the arrest of the suspects and the safe recovery of a 15-
year-old and five other children.
In the early morning hours of Saturday September 22, 2012, agents from the FBI took Charles Dean Partin and Julie Ann Bethke into custody in Ohio. Recovered safely were Ailene Mariz Lander and the other five children. Limited details are being released at this time as the case comes to a close. The BOLOs for all subjects and the stolen Toyota van have all been cancelled.
The search and investigation covered multiple states, including Texas.
