10/2012: Cherri Drake (4) vanished from DELAWARE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA on 9/10/2012 and is thought to have been taken from her home by her mother, Terri Gordineer, who is a convicted felon with multiple felony charges, including assault and battery, and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.

10/2012: Cherri Drake (4) vanished from DELAWARE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA on 9/10/2012 and is thought to have been taken from her home by her mother, Terri Gordineer, who is a convicted felon with multiple felony charges, including assault and battery, and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction. 

Terri is accused of beating her 17-year-old stepson in the face with a wrench in an earlier failed
 attempt to take Cherri.

Terri failed to appear in court on 9/10/2012 for a hearing on a protective order filed against her by Cherri's father Phillip Drake. Cherri vanished later the same day.

    Cherri has been found with her mother in Montana. The mother arrested and Cherri in child protective services. It has been almost 3 yrs to the day. The dad. Phillip Drake, is working on getting custody of her and getting to Montana@
