UPDATE FOUND SAFE: Coeur d’Alene Police were notified at 11:05 am that Chance Belnap has been located. He is physically fine. He was found in a grassy area at Seltice and McGuire Road in Post Falls, Idaho. An adult female found Chance sitting in a field by himself. All indications are Chance voluntarily walked away from home.
