Daniel Frazier is a high-risk sex offender who has been r
unning from Seattle police – but that’s not the only reason he’s wanted.
"I think the thing that's unique with this suspect is not only is he a convicted sex offender, but now he's into stealing high-priced jewelry," retired detective Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound said.
Police have linked Frazier to several jewelry thefts, including one at the Fred Meyers Jewelers in Northgate Mall where detectives said he took off with a $4,300 engagement ring.
Frazier is believed to be driving a yellow Humvee and is believed to have two accomplices. His prior conviction was for the rape of a 4-year-old boy.
Daniel Frazier is 22 years old and has a tattoo of a name you can see on the right side of his neck.
