Ismail Hashem took his son from the babysitter at approximately 9 a.m., departing in a black 2012 NIssan Altima with Oregon plate number 434FPV. The car is described as a rental vehicle.
Police also asked the public to watch for a ▬►2005 silver Toyota Highlander with Washington plate number ▬►420TUF.
