8/21/2012: Rafael "Rafy" de Luna IV (19) missing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvani

a since 8/19/2012 has been ▬►LOCATED SAFE. His mother, Claudia Perales, wrote, "My son has been found alive and appears safe. We are not sure yet on his condition, physically or mentally, so we don't know what he's been through. I was told he was very dirty. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF THE PRAYERS. Thank you so much Lord!"

8/21/2012: Pennsylvania: Rafael "Rafy" de Luna IV (19) has been missing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania since 8/19/2012. He is a student at Temple University and was last seen on South 46th Street wearing a t-shirt, jacket and jeans.
Rafy is 5'9" and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
His mother Claudia Perales who lives in Houston, Texas is feeling rather helpless being so far away from her missing son who she says has been suffering from depression. Please, let's rally around her by sharing this post as we would want others to do if Rafy was our child.
