Please
consider this man as missing, not a fugitive. The WV State Police also
stated they have no evidence to prove whether Jeff is alive or deceased!
Jeff has a family that loves him very much, and have done nothing but
search for him since he became missing. We have had no contact from
Jeff. We believe something terrible happened to him also that terrible
night. We, have no evidence to show whether Jeff is alive or deceased
either. So we keep searching.That means everywhere. Creekbeds, fields,
ponds,woods, everywhere and anywhere we can think of. No extensive
search has ever been conducted to find Jeff to our knowledge. Only
family doing what we can do!
