Incident
The 4 year-old child and his 19 year-old mother were last seen at their residence on the 100 blk of McColley Street. They were both abducted by the 40 year-old suspect. They are traveling in a White SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition or Explorer with Georgia plate beginning with a Q. There is a concern for the welfare of both the child and his mother. Biography  
Raymond was born to Donna Green at Grady Memorial Hospital. He was in the nursery when his mom was watching him through the window. At this time a woman who called herself Lisa Morris also was standing at the nursery window looking at who she said was her sisters baby. Donna and Lisa began talking and Lisa even came to Donna's hospital room to chat some more.

Periodically through the rest of Donna's stay at the hospital Lisa made more visits. Shortly after her release (November 6) Lisa stopped by her home unannounced and asked to come in. Donna let her come in and they began talking about Raymond and how he was doing. In the home at this time was Donna, Raymond and Donna's brother (napping). Donna told Lisa that she was going to run and take a shower.

After Donna emerged from the shower she found that Lisa and Raymond were not in the house. When Donna questioned her brother he said that Raymond started fussing so Lisa took him outside.

Donna went outside to see if she could find Lisa and this is when witnesses told her they had seen Lisa get into the passenger side of a brown vehicle and drove away. Raymond was described as being wrapped in a blue blanket and snuggled into Lisa's arms.

Authorities in this case believe that so called Lisa had kidnapped Raymond and sold him outside the USA.

Raymond was Donna's second child and born when she was 15. Raymond's father has passed away but Donna now having 6 children still remains hopeful that she will find her son.
