Jacobs, 15, is missing. It is believed she's in the company of a male who is about to turn 18 years old. They may be in Arizona or on the run to other states. Nicole is considered an endangered runaway. Note: IF you are an adult and allowing a minor child to stay at your residence without parental permission, you can be charged and prosecuted.
