Missing From Colorado City, Texas Since 5/23/2012 Please Help Find Brittany Hil...l and Khloe Wheeler
Mitchell County authorities are requesting the public's help in trying to locate three people — including a toddler — last seen Wednesday in Colorado City.
Brittany Brianne Hill, 23, and her daughter Khloe Makinley Wheeler, 2 — both Snyder residents — were last seen while visiting Rosendo Gonzales, Hill's 21-year-old boyfriend, around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said.
On Friday afternoon, law enforcement officials issued a news release that indicated the couple had a tumultuous relationship.
Earlier in the week, Hill was treated at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder for a concussion and also received five stitches on her upper lip, according to the news release. Hill did not report her injuries as an assault, authorities said, but rather as injuries related to a fall.
"Brittany has a history of drug abuse, but it is unknown if she is under the influence at this time," the release said. "Rosendo Gonzales has a history of violence toward Brittany, and the couple has a history of domestic disputes between them."
Hill is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, with dark red and black hair. She is reported to have a piercing in her nose and lip and a leopard-print tattoo on her right shoulder. Khloe has brown hair and brown eyes, officials said.
Gonzalesis described as 6 feet 1, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Hill is reported to have last been seen at the home of Gonzales' motherat 1078 Oak St. in Colorado City, according to Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs.
Hill's license plate number is NVY178, authorities said, adding that the SUV has two decals on the back — a cross and one that says "In Memory of Jessica Castillo."
"At this point, we don't know if they're in any danger. We don't have any direct knowledge about that," said Snyder Police Chief Terry Luecke.
Ashley Cordes, Hill's sister, said on her Facebook page Friday that she wanted to thank every single person who has prayed for her family.
"We thank you all and are still continuing our search for her," she said. "Any little piece of information at this point could help us. So even if it's something as little as 'I heard from so and so,' it could help us find them."

She last seen wearing a pastel multi-colored striped shirt, light wash denim skinny jeans, and silver ankle boots. She was carrying a light brown leather backpack, a black-and-yellow Vera Bradley wallet, a black Verizon slider phone and a small pink container of pepper spray.

A woman found lost and confused in Oregon last week took a bus there from Spokane, and authorities are asking for help identifying her.
The woman told police her name is Katie Walker and that she hitchhiked from Maine when she was found walking near Albany, Ore., near NE Knox Butte Road and Harber Drive on May 15, according to the Linn County Sheriff's Office.
The woman had no identification and could not provide her date of birth. Police say she is not cooperative “and is not able to assist us in finding out who she is or who her family might be,” according to a news release.
The woman is described as 50 to 70 years old, with blue eyes and shoulder-length white hair. She is 5-foot-2 and 153 pounds. She has a surgery scar on the bottom of her foot and a scar on the base of her neck approximately 10 centimeters long.
Authorities say the woman boarded a bus in Spokane on May 13 at 11:35 a.m. and arrived in Portland that day at 6:10 p.m. She was wearing a purple knee-length rain jacket, a black skirt with floral print and brown shoes. She is believed to also have been carrying a black market tote/bag. More photos are available here.

The King County Sheriff's Office has issued an Amber Alert for a 7-month-old boy and 2-year-old boy who were both taken by the 7-month-old's father, Michael Riley, from the Burien Public Library Tuesday. Authorities say Riley stole his former girlfriend's car with his 7-month-old son, Jamier Riley, and his former girlfriend's 2-year-old son, Jermiah Watkins, inside. Riley fled in a 4-door 1994 dark green Lexus GS300 with Washington license 299UOM. Authorities are now looking for this vehicle. Riley (pictured left) is described as a black male, 5'10" tall and weighing around 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black coat, dark jeans and an unknown colored stocking cap.Authorities say Riley has gang affiliations and is known to have used weapons. Riley did not brandish any weapons during the incident, but he assaulted his former girlfriend while she sat in the driver's seat of the car. "We have gone several weeks in the past without talking, so I thought maybe she is just doing her thing, working, whatever," Rush told The Huffington Post. "But as time went on with no contact, I realized something was wrong."
Armstrong and her boyfriend, Travis Funke, live together with their eighteen-month-old child. According to Rush, she has reached out to Funke several times but has been unable to get a definitive answer as to her sister's whereabouts.
"Her boyfriend always has an excuse," Rush said. "He will say she is out and about with so-and-so, and he can't get a hold of them, or that she is working, but he's not sure where. It is a different answer every time."

Armstrong has auburn hair and brown eyes. She is 5'2" tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds.
"My sister is very loved and missed," Rush said. "She is not one to go this long without reaching out to her family."
