ENDANGERED PERSON ADVISORY ISSUED
Police said a 60-year-old woman may have kidnapped her granddaughter who was visiting her in Crawford County.
Police said Sabrina Omeni, 4, was in Cuba visiting her paternal grandmother Terry Omeni from May 26-July 21. Authorities said Terry did not return Sabrina as scheduled and that Terry became agitated when Sabrina’s mother called her regarding her daughter’s whereabouts.
According to police, Terry has changed her phone number and attempts by Sabrina’s mother and law enforcement to contact her have been unsuccessful since July 21. Authorities believe Sabrina and Terry may be in New Jersey, Delaware, or Virginia. Police believe she is driving a Turquoise 2012 Ford Fusion, with New Jersey license plate number L95BSJ.
Terry Omeni, 60, is an African American female, 5'05, 260 lbs., grey hair, and brown eyes.
Sabrina Omeni is an African American female, 3'05, 60 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, light complexion, and no known physical marks. Her welfare is unknown.
Anyone with information about Sabrina, or her whereabouts, should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Cuba Police Department (573-885-7979).

CIRCUMSTANCES: Relisha Tenau Rudd, born October 29, 2005 went missing while living in a Washington, DC homeless shelter with her mother, stepfather and three younger brothers. Relisha and her family lived in the shelter for homeless families for nearly two years before her disappearance. After many contradicting stories surrounding the 8 year old little girl’s upsetting disappearance, law enforcement have determined through investigative work that she was last seen on March 1, 2014 at a Washington, DC hotel with her alleged abductor, Kahlil Tatum, a 51 year old janitor of the homeless shelter where Relisha lived.
