BYRON, MICHIGAN JANE DOE IDENTIFIED AS KORI HESTER ON 10/3/2012. She has been re

united with her family. Apparently she was missing for a month. When her father brought her missing flyer into a shop, an employee recognized her after seeing this photo. He contacted the police who were able to locate her family.

10/2/2012: MICHIGAN: Do you know who this is? FEMALE DOES NOT KNOW WHO SHE IS: For anyone or department with a missing female: The Shiawassee County Sheriff's Department has located a female approximately 18 years of age in the city of Byron, Shiawassee County, Michigan.

She is a white female with a little shorter than shoulder length dark brown hair. She is aproximately 5'6" tall and 150-160 pounds.

She appeared in Byron yesterday saying she does not know her name or where is lives and that she has been living in the woods for a while. She is refusing to cooperate with law enforcement or to provide further assistance to find out who she is.

If anyone or law enforcement agency is missing or looking for any female fitting this description please contact the Shiawassee County Central Dispatch at 989-743-9111.

DETROIT (AP) -- Authorities say possible human remains have been found in a burned home in Detroit.

Police spokeswoman Sgt. Eren Stephens says in an email that remains were found Monday night. She says they've been released to the medical examiner's office.

Detroit-area broadcasters report that the remains included body parts in trash bags, and the fire may have burned a few days before they were dumped.
