Kokomo home is that of Alex Shipp, who was last seen in early November.
Walter Logan, who lived in the home, has been arrested on a murder

accused of child neglect out of jail after reading about the story
online. David and Rebecca Detjen were arrested last week after police
found five of their children and 18 cats in the back of a moving truck.
