The man that DePrimo bought the boots for has not been identified and even DePrimo didn't know his name. Could the man possible be a missing person and his family somewhere may be looking for him?
Many times missing family members do end up on the streets. They either have dementia or mental health issues that keeps them from returning to their family, and often times don't even realize that their family is looking for them.
Nicole Marshall, 25, found her own father at St. John's Hall Temporary Shelter for the homeless in 2005, and homeless Danny Morales was reunited with his daughter in Feb. 28, 2011 when he posted his picture on Twitter saying he was looking for her.
As you look at the photo, take at close look at the man and see if you recognize him. Maybe a family reunion will be the next fortunate thing to happen to him.

Ottawa police are searching for a missing nine-year-old girl who is believed to
be in the care of her mother, who does not have any custody rights.

Jasmine Olleik, 9, was reported missing Wednesday and she was last seen stepping into a blue sedan that day.

Her father, who has full custody, reported her missing later that day. He told police he believed the mother, 42-year-old Nina Grebenschikov, had likely taken the girl.

The mother is a white woman, standing about five feet seven inches tall and weighing about 125 pounds. She has auburn hair and hazel eyes, but she might have recently dyed her hair blonde, police said.

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Crime Stoppers and the Wilmington Police Department are offering a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the whereabouts of an 83-year-old woman who went missing at the beginning of November.

Alma Lawson, 83, was reported missing to police by her son after she didn't return home from a friend's house November 4. Lawson's family filed a missing persons report with the CUE Center for Missing Persons about two weeks later.

Family members say Lawson is believed to show early signs of dementia. Due to her age and physical limitations, police say she has been considered to be endangered since the day she went missing.

The Wilmington Police Department initiated an exhaustive search of the entire area, including the nearby creek and wooded areas. WPD's K-9 and mounted units participated, as did the SABLE helicopter.

Other organizations came in to assist, including the Wilmington and New Hanover County Fire Departments, New Hanover County Sheriff's Office, Brunswick Search and Rescue and Roxye Ann Marshall, urban search and rescue K-9 handler.

Lawson was last seen wearing a lavender shirt, black pants and a black jacket. A photo is attached.

Anyone who may have seen Alma Lawson or who knows where she is should call the Wilmington Police Department at 910-343-3620, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-531-9845. Information also may be submitted anonymously through Text-A-Tip. Enter Tip708 and the message; send to CRIMES (274637).

Wanted couple from Plaistow arrested in Florida: The Plaistow woman and her boyf
riend wanted for badly beating and burning her 3-year-old son were finally arrested today in Florida, roughly two weeks after they went on the run, authorities said.

Police picked up Jessica Linscott, 23, and her boyfriend, Roland Dow, 27, in Orlando, Fla., about 6 p.m., Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams told the Herald in a phone interview.

“We knew we would get them, it was just a matter of when,” Reams said, adding that Plaistow police, authorities in Florida and the U.S. Marshals Service all had a hand in tracking down the wanted couple. “Ultimately it was tips that helped track them down. I know it was a tip in Florida.”

Linscott and Dow face multiple criminal charges in connection with the condition of Linscott’s 3-year-old son, who was dropped off at Exeter Hospital with a badly burnt wrist and fingers and a skull so battered that doctors thought he’d been blinded.

Dow is facing first and second-degree assault charges. Linscott is accused of endangering the welfare of a child and neglect.

Tips had poured in over the last two weeks, with some tipsters saying they had spotted the couple at North Shore coffee shops and gas stations, but the search eventually brought authorities thousands of miles away.

“That’s where everybody from New Hampshire goes,” Reams said of Florida. “We’re not shocked by that.”

Reams said they’re being held in an Orange County jail and will appear in a Florida courtroom tomorrow. He said authorities will move to extradite them back to New Hampshire.

‎11/28/12 Breaking News update for Dylan Redwine, Missing from near Bayfield Col
orado

Investigators have determined that Dylan Redwine, a 13-year-old who disappeared from his father's home in the Vallecito area 10 days ago, didn't run away, according to the La Plata County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities are asking for anyone who filmed vehicles traveling on main routes between Durango and Vallecito Lake between 6 p.m. Nov. 18 and 12 p.m. Nov. 19 to provide copies of the video to a task force investigating the disappearance. Arrangements to turn over a copy can be made by calling (970)385-2900.
A tip line has been set up for the search at (970)382-7511.

Mark Redwine, in Vallecito near Bayfield on a Thanksgiving holiday visit.
Dylan, his mother, Elaine, and his brother recently moved to Colorado Springs.
On Tuesday a community vigil was held in Eagle Park in Bayfield, the Durango Herald reported.
The event marked the first public appearance by Dylan's father, Mark Redwine, who was the last to see his son. Like many who spoke, he referred to Dylan in both the present tense and the past tense.
"That boy was my whole world," he told the crowd. "I would do anything to find him. You don't know how much I love that boy."
Elaine Redwine, made comments to ABC News Radio on Monday saying she's afraid her ex-husband might have had something to do with their son's disappearance. Mark Redwine, who said he arrived late because he didn't know about the vigil, obliquely responded to those comments during his speech.
"Unfortunately, his mother and I don't see eye to eye," he said. "I wish it could be different, because at a time like this, we should be together."
Divers spent Monday searching beneath the waters of Vallecito Lake for the boy after two dogs alerted handlers to a scent that broke through the surface.
Dogs are now helping with ground searches.
Investigators have determined that a fishing pole found on the Vallecito dam has no connection to Dylan.
Investigators are still operating on the assumption that the boy is alive, said La Plat Sheriff's spokesman Dan Bender. "We still view this as a search and not a recovery effort."
