Even after a missing loved one is recovered and returned to their families, CUE Center for Missing Persons and Monica Caison continue to stand with and support the families. Hoping and praying that this new billboard will bring the necessary clue to find justice for Allison Jackson Foy and all the others who fell victim to the one who hurt them.
