The 2-year-old Detroit girl has been missing since Dec. 2. Her father, D'Andre Lane, told police the girl was in a rear car seat when the vehicle was taken at gunpoint on Custer Street near Brush Street. The car was found a short time later, but the girl wasn't in it.
Police have publicly questioned the credibility of the father’s story, but Lane continues to claim he had nothing to do with his daughter’s disappearance.
Last week, the Prosecutor’s Office said the Detroit Police Department requested a warrant in connection with the disappearance of Bianca, but no details regarding the request were released.
Police previously released a composite sketch of a suspect, described as a light-skinned African-American man who is not clean-shaven.

Mark Joseph Hardin, 49, was reported missing by his wife at about 2 p.m. on Saturday. She said he had not been seen since Friday. Hardin is known to hike in the Upper Calapooia area. Deputies found his vehicle, a Chevy Lumina, at 3:16 p.m. Saturday near the 100 line gate on the Upper Calapooia Road. Linn County deputies checked the area on foot and with ATVs but did not locate Hardin. On Sunday, additional deputies and members of the Linn County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team joined the search effort until about 11 p.m. The search continued Monday with deputies, 15 members of Search and Rescue and four Linn County Sheriff's Mounted Posse members on horseback. They searched until about 10:30 Monday night. The search resumed Tuesday morning with four deputies, 24 members of Search and Rescue and a K-9 tracking unit from Benton County. A lighter and water bottle have been found alongside the road, not far from the vehicle, and are believed to belong to Hardin. Deputies have checked with Hardin's cell phone carrier to see if there were any recent calls or text messages made from his phone. There were not. They also tried to call the phone but it went to voicemail. Computer crimes detectives have Hardin's laptop and cell phone and, with his wife's permission, and are looking for possible clues as to Hardin's whereabouts
