CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. -- Logan County officials found three people shot to death in a house on Huckleberry Road near Chapmanville, police and relatives of the deceased said.
The bodies of 51-year-old Paul David Jarrell, Eddie Bell and Michelle Bell were discovered around 9 a.m. Sunday morning, according to Jarrell's family members.
"I lost my mom, my older brother from a stroke, and my dad a week and a half ago and now my brother," Jarrell's sister, Brenda Jarrell said, standing in front of the house where her brother died. Jarrell and other family members were taking items from the house where the slayings occurred. They feared that thieves would break in and steal from the empty house, she said.
Police are calling Trevor Tomblin, 34, of Chapmanville, a person of interest in the homicide investigation. Tomblin wrecked around 5:25 a.m. Sunday morning at Big Creek while driving a 2000 Sonoma truck that was registered to one of the victims. Additional handguns and other evidence were found at the crash scene, according to police.
Tomblin was transported to Logan Regional Medical Center and later to CAMC General, where he died.
Authorities found a handgun, prescription medication and a large amount of cash in the stolen vehicle with Tomblin.
Earl Akers, Brenda Jarrell's nephew by marriage, said he knew Tomblin.
"We went to a Christian school," Akers said. "I went to school with him all the way up. It's just unreal."
Tomblin lived about a mile away from Paul Jerrell, Akers said.

Please guide me on what to do. Countless ......... fear for my girl and my safety over a horrible cover up that took place in Texas. It involved my only child and I. I was denied all my rights, my due process and even to do SWORN statement. The STATE INCLUDING CORRUPTED POLICE AND JUDGES WOULD NOT ALLOW ME to prove my Claims. I decided after many illegal scare tactics used on me to shut me up to go very public. Despite the publicity of my case and evidence I was still harassed and my only child was adopted by the suspects of the original crime. Even a lawyer made A POLICE REPORT WITH timeline and not once was a investigation done yet my girl was stolen on the claims it was a delusion. This is an epidemic where mothers who report abuse lose their children if the suspect or suspects have wealth, power or political connections. My case HAS SHOCKED THE WORLD. ANYONE can yahoo my name or you tube it as well. I have lost everything unlawfully for trying to save my Daughter even my once beautiful home we lived and our belongings. I know it seems unbelievable but I can assure you I hold boxes of evidence. TEXAS labeled me as CRAZY JUST SO THEY COULD NOT BE SUED AND TO KEEP ME FROM WINNING. Set ups that I have publicly proven even took place to destroy my once very happy life. THE VERY CRIME I REPORTED WAS Called a delusion yet a SITE WITH IT ON THE INTERNET HAD ALMOST 10,000 VISITORS ALONE AND NO ONE claimed they COULD SEE A DELUSION NOT TO MENTION MY STORY NEVER Changed. It is important to note that the crime WAS COVERED UP OVER MONEY, POWER and political ties. ONE SUSPECT HAD BEEN APPOINTED BY GOVERNOR RICK PERRY WHO I HAD MET ME. I HAD MY EVIDENCE WITH ME AS WELL. Governor Perry HAD PROMISED me in person TO CORRECT THE SITUATION Basically for me. Please help my girl and I or LET ME KNOW what I should do. I am at about A 800,000 LOSS FIGHTING BACK AND I AM VERY WORN OUT LATELY NOT KNOWING IF I will ever hear my girls voice again. It is been over 2 yrs now that I have not been allowed to have any contact with her. She is 5 yrs old. I WAS A FANTASTIC MOTHER AND HAVE BEEN Raped from ALL I LOVED THE MOST FOR ONLY BLOWING THE WHISTLE IF ONE Really puts all my evidence together and why such lengths were taken to keep me from winning my case.

Thank you .....a mother who will never give up..........Amy Charron

Nancy Grace ignited a firestorm of criticism by implying that Whitney Houston's death was a homicide. Despite pressure to apologize, the HLN legal pundit has not admitted she was wrong to say that.

"I'd like to know who was around her, who, if anyone gave her drugs, following alcohol and drugs, and who let her slip, or pushed her, underneath that water?" Grace said Tuesday on CNN, HLN's sister network . "Apparently no signs of force or trauma to the body. Who let Whitney Houston go under her water?"

My thoughts.

I myself have question Whitney's death. It does not make sense to me. Whitney was suppose to be watched 24/7 even in the bathroom. Why did it take a hr for someone to find her.
Who brought Whitney's body into the bedroom and WHY? The coroner said that their wasn't enough water in her lungs for her to have drowned to death.
The person in the room downstairs said they heard a very loud thug. What was that?

I am sure the police looked into everything. Just expressing my thoughts.
