Eriberto Perez stands 4 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a red shirt with black sleeves and blue jeans.

Jason Scott Adkins Jason Scott Adkins was fishing on the Ohio River with his brother on Jan. 17, 1999 when the boat he was in had engine failure. Around this same time frame, a barge passing by caused a series of large waves in the river where the men were fishing, and caused the boat to capsize. Shane was last seen on June 10, 2011 driving his vehicle on River Road in Marrero, Louisiana. The car went into a small ditch on the side of the road. As he tried to correct his vehicle, the vehicle turned over and rested upside down. Shortly after the crash, Shane called his brother and told him about the wreck, so his brother went to pick him up.
