Illinois Missing


WHY IL NEEDS A CENTRAL REGISTRY FOR MISSING PEOPLE: I have never even heard about this woman missing, and I look through the web everyday. She has been missing since September! The only articles about her are the ones AFTER she was found! Rest in peace, Jean Kelly.
